Food - Most fruit or veg (nothing from the onion or garlic family), they also love The Bug Jungle Bug Feed and fish flakes, dired dog/cat food
 
How I Keep Them - I use leaflitter that I keep on the dryer side with a water bowl in one corner that I allow to over flow now and then and I mist the enclosure about once a week
