We pride ourselves on high quality live stock, if there are any issues with animals you have purchased from us, please do get in touch ASAP.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
Sometimes animals do die on arrival, it isn't common but can happen for a number of reasons in this unlikely event please read the following.
1. If any animals are DOA, please contact us within 24hrs of the package arriving on info@thebugjungle.com providing clear photographic images. We will then offer a full refund on the dead animals or ship out some more to you depending on what we agree on.

1. We sell a variety of non-live stock, should you have any issues with these after purchasing them from us, please do contact us within 24hrs of the purchase on info@thebugjungle.com providing clear photographic images. We will then offer a full refund or ship out some more to you depending on what we agree on.
Cost/prices/fees
1. Stock prices
We have the right to adjust and stock prices at ay time without notice.
2. Postage
We send out all our orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (13:00hrs). If you do not receive your items by the date stated on the shipping confirmations email (where tracking number is provided), let us know the day you receive them and we will contact Royal Mail to find a solution ASAP.
We have the right to adjust postage costs at any time without notice
Species guarantee
1. We try our best to be as accurate as possible regarding the scientific name of an animals sold on this site or at trade shows however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of a confirmed species.
Common names may differ so it is important to use the latin.
TRADE SHOWS
1. Live Stock
Any live stock purchased from us at a trade show is sold as seen, if there are any issues with any of our animals, please do contact us within 24hrs of the show on info@thebugjungle.com providing clear photographic images as well as proof that the item came from us. We will then offer a full refund on the dead animals or ship out some more to you depending on what we agree on.

Amazon Affiliate
1. We have an Amazon Affiliate account and have listed some items on our website, these items are marked as being on Amazon and are brought via Amazon directly.
The Bug Jungle are not responsible for any items purchased via Amazon and any issues must be taken up via your Amazon account.
Bug Keeper Sessions
1. Members of The Bug Jungle Bug Keeper Session are to behave in a respectful manor toward each other. Anyone found behaving inappropriately will be removed from future sessions.
2. Fees, are not refundable, under any circumstances.
3. The Bug Jungle reserves the right to reschedule meetings if there are circumstances beyond our control.
4. The Bug Jungle reserves the right to remove a participant from the The Bug Jungle Keeper Session, due to incompatibility.
5. The Bug Jungle reserves the right to remove a member who does not comply with the The Bug Jungle standard of behaviour, without financial compensation.
6. The Bug Jungle reserves the right to change staff.
7. The Bug Jungle reserve the right to upgrade the meeting content.
8. The Bug Jungle reserves the right to retain all photographs, videos and lecture notes taken or used during meetings as The Bug Jungle property, to be used at the discretion of the The Bug Jungle without prior notice.
