Cockroaches

Often we have cockroaches for sale in the UK, when stock is low, we take them off so we can let the number grow again.

Roaches are amazing animals, with around 4,600 different species, only about 6 species are hard wired to eat anything in sight and nest in unwanted places.

The 3 most problematic species are the (we do NOT keep or breed these)

• German Cockroach (European Cockroach)

• Oriental Cockroach

• American Cockroach

Cockroaches are actually very clean animals and are cousins of the praying mantis.

​

Cockroaches (or roaches) are a paraphyletic group of insects belonging to Blattodea, containing all members of the group except termites.
